A coffee inspired alleycat sounds like a great idea!
If you live in the SF area, you can race in the Coffee Cat on March 5th! More info on the MASH blog.

I want to get my SCAE level 1 & level 2 barista certificate. At the SCAE website, I found some email addresses of trainers in Holland, but I was hoping if anybody of the FUCCIT readers would know which of these is any good, or has any advice for me.
Thanks in advance!

Coffee seems to be the hot topic these days! MASH teamed up with De La Paz Coffee. This is what they say about this project:
We are teaming up with local SF Coffee roasters De La Paz to offer a 3/4 pound bag of their beans of the week, and an original printed travel mug. We will add info about the beans tomorrow. We will ship fresh beans once per week, on the day they are roasted. We are excited to share our love for this bicycle grown roaster!
ABOUT: De La Paz Coffee is a specialty coffee roasting company which focuses first and foremost on quality coffee. One of our goals, among many is to change the way people think about coffee; whether that means learning more about the small farmer and his family or discerning the difference between an espresso grind or press pot grind. In addition, we’d like our customers to think of coffee as more than just a bag on the shelf.
Original I Am NOT a Paper Cup: made of double-walled porcelain will keep drinks hot and paper cups out of landfills. Durable and great for travel. Matte porcelain finish. MASH, and De La Paz printed on each side. Includes one soft silicone Lid. This is not the 10$ mug, this is the 2 walled cup, that does not transfer heat, and retails for $20. I am not a paper cup was designed by James Burgess.
It seems Fyxomatosis likes coffee just as much as I do!
Scallywags combined the two things I love the most: bikes and coffee!
They offer a really nice metal coffee mug and a fine blend of coffee beans. Get them here!
