I couldn’t find any info about the maker of this nice animation, Andy Radorfman. All I know is that he made it for the 2009 New York Bicycle Film Festival. 
But I totally support the message, drive less cars and more bikes! It’s a nice and sunny Sunday! Go out and ride! Get away from your computer!
