[live 18:21] The race is on! the group has split in three groups and I just heard from group two that they are fuccing racing in all directions and that they even in a group have a lot of trouble staying together. Right now they are in Maaseik (Belgium) and trying to find there way to Eindhoven. [/live 18:21]

[live 20:10] Two groups came together approximately 14 guys (5 from Cycloon and 3 from Komeet). They had a couple of flat tires but are waiting for those guys. They just past Valkenswaard. And the last group (Andy “el presidente”) isn’t far behind.[/live 20:10]

[live 23:11] So the first guys made it to Arnhem. We got a couple of stories, Ruben want’s to thank his girlfriend cause se send the prefect route trough the sms. Bep is a through acrobat on a bicycle, “plaspause met 65 km/h. C” Carl “De buschaufeur” known the way and still looks good. Bas de Bruin had left the leading group. Nick still in the leading group doesn’t look that good and quits in Zwolle (probably). [/live 23:11]

[live 23:33] Bas entered the building, headache and disappointed. He just couldn’t hold the pace but the food is hopefully getting him back on track. Quitting is no option! [/live 23:33]

[live 23:42] In Veghel the leading group played one of the lowest tricks ever. They left Boris eating and snugged out in the dark. What a sick prank to get rid of one of the nicest riders in this race. He entered the Haute Building in tears but Fuccit will cheer him up. [/live 23:42]

[live 00:12] biggest group yet has found their way to checkpoint arnhem. First couple of dropouts unfortunately: Danny/Jurjen/Rob/Kors and our foreign friend Peter Borzsak. People are having pasta with red undefiable sauce but still seem very happy with the meal that’s offered. Cramps and aches and small pains are heard a lot amongst the riders and the women are looking mighty fine. Beers are taken in large amounts and noone in this group seem to mind the fact that the winner isn’t amongst them. These brave folks are going to try and finish ion what is the hardest fietskoerierrace in the world. [/live 00:12]

He stayed on the couch for over 2 hours in the same position. We made him take a shower, dressed him up bit with trainers and badslippers and a fresh sweater. So where is the positive part you ask? He is still here and drinking beers now, enjoying the party and staying in there for everybody still trying to finish this madness. Great going Bas, nice to have you here, you rock, respecta.

[live 13:05] News from the “koers” they are still waiting for 11 guys and girls. One group of 9 and of course “El Presidente” with his new girlfriend. So you may think this is over it’s done. But hell no it’s still exiting cause we are waiting for the first girl to finish, Alexandra or Marieke. And also for the first fixie! So the race isn’t over jet.[/live 13:05]
