Last week I had to buy a new tv, coz my bedroom tv broke down. This was the first big test for my Bagaboo Workhorse XL. 
And I’m glad to say it can fit a small tv without any problems! Due to the back padding and second shoulder strap, it wasn’t even that hard to ride back home with a heavy load on my back. And the bag could hardly be closed, so you can imagine the volume of the bag.
I already loved the bag, but right now I can strongly recommend this bag for carrying heavy loads.  So even from a fakenger’s point of view, this messenger bag gets two thumbs up!

The guys from 14Bike Co found this amazing park / playground right here. It’s made by Rainer Schmidt for the BUGA Garden Show in Munich, and I would LOVE to ride there! All those hips and bumps! It’s like a never ending snakerun-esque kinda heaven…

I’ve posted the trailer of this German documentary before, and now the dvd is finally out!

It has been a hell of a ride for us, since we came up with the idea of making a film about the fixed gear phenomenon. A film that captures German fixed gear culture on the crossroad between subculture and mainstream. A film that respectfully connects both worlds. A cycling documentary.

After six months of shooting in different locations throughout Germany and almost two months of editing, we finally celebrated the world premiere in Berlin on September 4th, 2009. Numerous screenings all over the world followed, such as unique events like the Bicycle Film Festival in Vienna, the Velofest in Skopje, Macedonia.

This DVD release is hand-stamped, hand-numbered andstrictly limited to 150 copies only.
The DVD contains film (German, 16:9, Stereo, 36′) and trailer(German, 16:9, Stereo, 4’30″) with optional English subtitles.

Mike Giant got a brand new bike. It’s a custom handmade bike by Jordan Hufnagel. I really like the springer-esque fork and the gum tires. Although it’s a single speed, I’ld love to ride it!
